Refund policy

Final Silver Sales is committed to providing you with great customer service and outstanding values on your purchase. If for any reason when you receive your jewelry you are unsatisfied, we offer a 15 day return. We make returning a purchase as easy as possible. You may return any unused merchandise in the same condition that you received it, for a refund. Once your return has been received and inspected you will receive an email to confirm that we have received your item and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Refunds are issued within 3-4 days of the item arriving at our office. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment and will show as a credit to your account within 3-5 business days.

Your return must be received within 15 days of your receipt of the item to be considered for a refund. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost with returns. If your order had shipping cost, we do not credit back those shipping cost. We suggest that you insure and obtain a tracking number from the carrier you use to return your item. Final Silver Sales is not responsible for lost packages - please contact your carrier if you have a problem with your shipment.

We love being able to offer you the final pieces of these Nicky Butler designs at amazing savings. Due to the limited number of each style in our inventory, we cannot replace most items  and we do not offer a repair service.
